On February 16, starting at 12:00 (GST) / 9:am (CET), Confindustria and SACE, in collaboration with Italy's General Commissioner's Office for EXPO 2020 Dubai and the Italian Trade Agency (ITA), organize the event to present the 2021 Report "Esportare la Dolce Vita - the potential of Made in Italy in the changing landscape of global markets” at the Italian Pavilion of Expo Dubai 2020.

The Report, in its eleventh edition, shows the opportunities and markets with the highest potential for exports of Italian "bello e ben fatto” (BBF), that is high quality Made in Italy consumer final products that represent Italian excellence in terms of design, attention to details, quality of materials and accuracy of manufacturing and whose value is recognized all over the world.
The heart of the analysis extends to ceramics, cosmetics, nautical and the automotive industry, in addition to the main pillars of BBF, which are Fashion, Food and Furniture, representing an important opportunity to present the potential of the Made in Italy to operators in the Gulf area, in particular the United Arab Emirates, the second largest market in terms of potential among the emerging ones.

The event will present and discuss the report and will be opened by Commissioner General for Italy at Expo Dubai 2020, Mr. Paolo Glisenti, H.E. the Ambassador of Italy to the United Arab Emirates, Mr. Nicola Lener, the Vice President for Internationalization of Confindustria, Mrs. Barbara Beltrame, and the CEO of SACE, Mr. Pierfrancesco Latini. Following Confindustria’s presentation of the Report “Esportare la Dolce Vita”, a round table with Italian industry leaders will take place, with a focus on the food value chain and the participation of LULU Group. Closing the event will be Mrs. Jose Rallo, Member of the Board, Italian Trade Agency – ITA.
